Key poses include planks and lunges for strength, paired with deep stretches like pigeon and downward-facing dog for flexibility, culminating in a balanced, full-body workout. We additionally have therapeutic yoga program focused on reducing pain and supporting natural healing through structured yoga sessions. The sessions include gentle movements, stretching, and breathwork and meditation to help relieve back pain, knee pain, and chronic discomfort while improving overall health and supporting conditions such as diabetes.
